Content Licensing & Ownership Terms
At Motion World, we take intellectual property and licensing seriously. This section outlines the terms under which our clients are permitted to use the content we produce, including videos, animations, and all associated media elements.
1. Commercial Use Licence
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial licence to use the final delivered video(s) produced by Motion World. This includes use for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, internal communications, or any other agreed-upon commercial purpose.
2. Ownership of Assets
This licence applies to the final rendered video only. All underlying materials and third-party assets (e.g., music, stock footage, sound effects, fonts, and templates) remain the intellectual property of their original rights holders. These are licensed to Motion World for use within the project and are not transferred to the client.
3. Music Licensing & Content ID
Music and stock content used in our productions are sourced under valid commercial or broadcast licences from trusted providers (e.g., AudioJungle, PremiumBeat, Artlist). In some cases, platforms such as YouTube may automatically trigger copyright claims (Content ID) due to licensed music. This does not indicate copyright infringement.
If such claims occur, we are happy to provide licence documentation to assist with dispute resolution. Clients are encouraged to contact us for assistance if any licensing concerns arise.
4. Project Files and Source Material
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, editable project files (such as After Effects or Premiere files) are not included in the standard deliverables. Only the final exported media is provided.
5. Usage Limitations and Responsibilities
The delivered content must not be resold, redistributed, or modified beyond the agreed scope. Clients are responsible for using the media within the terms of the granted licence. Motion World accepts no liability for any legal issues resulting from misuse or unauthorised distribution.
